چکیده
Marine resources have various biological activities and their constituents are more novel than those of land organisms. Several biologically active been found in marine Recently, many studies reported that animals (MAs) can be used as functional ingredients foods or nutraceutical due to health benefits. However, no extensively investigated the cosmeceutical MAs extracts. Here, 70% ethanol extracts 38 were for whitening anti-aging properties use materials cosmeceuticals. Anti-aging determined by skin aging-related enzyme (anti-collagenase, anti-elastase, anti-hyaluronidase) (anti-tyrosinase, anti-3,4-dihydroxyl-L-phenylalanine [DOPA] oxidation) evaluated colorimetric method. Among MAs, we Urechis unicinctus Petrosia corticata showed strongest inhibitory effects against tyrosinase DOPA oxidation, respectively. Our results additionally Protankyra bidentata extract might provide a major source anti-hyaluronidase anti-elastase; meanwhile, anti-collagenase similar most MAs. Overall, these suggest potential tyrosinase, collagenase, elastase, hyaluronidase inhibitors. Taken together, MA could considered agent applied cosmetic industry.

Antiprotozoal Activities of Organic Extracts from French Marine Seaweeds
Marine macrophytes contain a variety of biologically active compounds, some reported to have antiprotozoal activity in vitro. As a part of a screening program to search for new natural antiprotozoals, we screened hydroalcoholic and ethyl acetate extracts of 20 species of seaweeds from three phyla (Rhodophyta, Heterokontophyta and Chlorophyta), sampled along the Normandy (France) coast. We teste...

The current study evaluated the general toxicity, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and cytotoxic activity of extracts obtained from the rhizomes of Eremostachys azerbaijanica (Labiatae) as well as analyzed the potent extracts using GC-MS. Extracts of E. azerbaijanica in n-hexane, dichloromethane (DCM) and methanol (MeOH) were prepared using a Soxhlet apparatus. The antioxidant activity of the extrac...
